Since the announcement of the server merge, the developers have been receiving a lot of questions and complaints. We apologize for the bad experience caused for everyone.
We understand your disappointment about our first server merge and will explain in detail based on the questions that you have raised:
1) What are the rules for the server merge?
When we decide on the list of merging servers, we will generate a factor for each server based on its server launch date, Power, active members and language environment (Power and active members most importantly) and merge the servers based on their factors to maintain the competitive environment in each server and ensure the gameplay balance in cross-server modes, providing the best gaming experience for all. Also, we will prioritize merging servers in similar language environments so that Shroomies using the same language can socialize and play together in-game.
2) Why isn’t my server being merged?
Legend of Mushroom has launched a lot of servers for different and changing demands, but it also means that the servers vary in many ways: some are more active, some have higher Power, and some are launched later. Therefore, it is important to merge servers regularly and with continuous improvements in the long run.
In the first server merge, we will prioritize the merge of earlier servers with lower assessment factors, but this doesn’t mean the servers not on the list will be abandoned. There are two possibilities:
(1) Servers that are more active with higher Power do not need to be merged yet. We will keep an eye on these servers and continuously improve them in the future.
(2) Servers that are launched too late for the first server merge. Servers will be merged in batch based on their server launch date (weekly).
3) Server Merge Plan
The next server merge will take place on 07/22/2024, and servers that launched during 03/11 – 03/24 are to be merged. After that, server merge occurs on a cycle of about two weeks. The actual server merge time may be subject to change. We will announce our server merge plan in advance.

Subsequent server merges will be more complicated with changing rules. For example, more servers will be merged into one, some servers will be merged cross-language, etc. Your understanding and support means a lot to us. If you have any questions or feedback about the gameplay, good or bad, don’t hesitate to tell us.
This is the first server merge for Legend of Mushroom. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused. All suggestions are welcome. We will read and consider the feedback from the community and continuously monitor the server environment to make improvements to the server merges. From now on, we will make detailed announcements on upcoming events and optimizations in advance to build a better gaming environment for all!
